University Place Apartments
The University Place apartments comprise a 144-unit apartment complex that has an occupancy of 404 beds. The complex has units available in one, two, or four bedroom arrangements. All apartment buildings within the complex come with wireless internet access and the cost of utilities is included in the rent.

Each apartment comes equipped with luxury vinyl tile throughout, 冰箱, garbage disposal, 洗碗机, 微波, washer and dryer, a couch and two chairs, 吧台, 和互联网. All bedroom spaces come with a twin bed, desk, dresser, and closet space.

2号楼 comes equipped with luxury vinyl tile throughout, 冰箱, garbage disposal, 洗碗机, 微波, a couch and two chairs, 吧台, 和互联网. Laundry is available for 2号楼 residents in the laundry facility next door at no extra cost. All bedroom spaces come with a twin bed, desk, dresser, and closet space.
狼的公寓
The 狼的公寓 are our 2 bed-2 bath town houses with living room and kitchen downstairs and bedrooms, 洗澡, and laundry upstairs. Each of these units is furnished with full sized beds, 炉子, 冰箱, 洗衣机/干衣机, 微波, central heat and air, and ceiling fans. The 狼的公寓 are otherwise unfurnished.
